Human Capital Management
The purpose of the position is responsible for overseeing and managing a broad spectrum of HCM functions with proven HR Business Partner (HRBP) experience, capable of leading teams, championing HR transformation, and fostering a culture of excellence. You will play a pivotal role in implementing innovative HR strategies, ensuring operational effectiveness, and positioning the organization for future growth and success.
Warehousing, Storage & Distribution
The purpose of the position is to oversee and optimize 3PL warehouse and distribution operations to ensure high service performance and SLA compliance. The role focuses on driving on-time delivery, cost efficiency, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination while leveraging technology and best practices to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Localization
The purpose of the position is responsible for managing parts localization and purchasing functions related to CKD production operations. The role ensures timely achievement of model localization targets in compliance with Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) and Government requirements. Oversees new model localization activities, local parts development, supplier engineering support and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project execution and smooth mass production.
Dealer Development
The purpose of the position is to plan, develop, and optimize the dealer network by ensuring Body & Paint (B&P) workshops and outlets comply with established standards and expansion strategies. The role supports business growth by managing dealer appointments, relocations, agreements, and outlet setup while conducting market analysis and feasibility studies to strengthen network performance and competitiveness.
Corporate Governance
The purpose of the position is learning opportunities whilst supporting the growing scope of legal, compliance and internal control matters under the Corporate Governance Department so as to support the continuos growth of the company’s business and operations.
Product Planner
The purpose of the position is to work closely with our product planner and Accessory teams to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various aspects of our product lifecycle. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product planning, market analysis, and project management within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
General Affairs & Coordination
The purpose of the position is to supports departments in managing daily administrative tasks such as front desk focal, office and facilities management and vehicle management. This role also involves assisting in improving workflow efficiency and supporting key functions in General Affairs & Coordination department.
Customer Experience & Digitalization
The purpose of the position is to involve close collaboration with various departments. You'll do data cleaning and segmentize potential data, creating dashboards with Power BI to visualize the efficiency of departmental and companywide targets. Additionally, you'll be responsible for recording and reporting CDP data segmentation efficiency, app data, and statistical performance, along with providing status reports.
Marketing Operations (Branding & Markerting)
The purpose of the position is to support the day-to-day operations of branding and marketing activities, including managing demo vehicles, coordinating logistics, handling merchandise, and assisting with administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient execution of campaigns and events.
Marketing Communications (Branding & Marketing)
The purpose of the position is to provide hands-on support in branding and marketing operations, including assisting with events and campaigns, maintaining website content, tracking performance data and media coverage, and supporting coordination and reporting tasks to ensure effective execution of marketing activities.
Financial Control Division
The purpose of the position is to gain hands-on experience in finance and accounting practices within a multinational environment, while supporting daily financial operations such as financial control tasks, accounts payable and receivable processes, audit and stock take activities, and fixed assets administration.
