  1. How much is the booking fee?
    The standard booking fee is RM300. Please refer to the nearest Mitsubishi Authorised Dealer for standard booking fees by model and variant.

  2. How much do I need to pay for the down payment?
    The down payment is subject to the approved loan by bank. You may contact your Sales Advisor for the actual amount.

  3. If I cancelled my booking, when will the booking fee be refunded?
    Refund of booking fee is subjected to the dealer’s refund guideline. Please contact your Sales Advisor for advice.

  4. How long do I have to wait for the delivery of my car?
    The waiting time for delivery varies from one model to another. Please speak to your Sales Advisor about the estimated delivery date.

  5. Do you provide trade-in service?
    Mitsubishi Authorised Dealers does not offer trade-in services. Nonetheless, you may want to contact your preferred dealer for further advice.

  6. I want to test-drive your vehicle, what should I do?
    Please contact the nearest Mitsubishi Authorised Dealer to check on the availability of your preferred model. The availability of car models for viewing and test drive may different from one dealer to another.

  7. I would like to know about the sales promotion.
