Just as with the Triton 3.2, as you step into the Triton Lite's spacious cabin, you finally understand what the people at Mitsubishi are on about with all that 'car-like cabin comfort' business. You might have to pinch yourself twice to believe you're riding in a pick-up truck as it provides spacious sedan-like comfort.

Its lower power delivery was adequate for fairly quick overtaking by selecting the proper gear and if you want to push your luck on the highway, it will do 140km/h with some prompting... there is no doubt that the Triton Lite offers the nice balance that will pander to work and play. And with its attractive price tag, the Triton Lite may just set the way for a new niche in the market that will draw mass appeal.
