135MPa - Electronically controlled fuel pump with COMMON RAIL

Precision fuel delivery. High power, high efficiency and low emission performance all depend on it. The common rail direct injection feeds a high-pressure fuel supply directly to the cylinders in precisely measured sips, so each receives is exactly the same amount.

Using electronically controlled injection with a 32-bit ECU with feedback function to optimize fuel dispersion within the combustion chambers, the system makes continual adjustments to always run at peak efficiency. The result is controlled power output, with exhaust emissions kept down to a minimum.

	The supply pump feeds fuel to the common rail, where a pressure sensor maintains a balanced distribution to each injector
	Turbocharger The turbo system adds an impressive boost to air intake pressure, producing more power from each cylinder stroke.
	DOHC 16-valve layout The DOHC 16-valve arrangement is designed to create a more complete fuel/air mixture into the combustion chamber and a steady flow through intake and exhause for constant high performance. The precisely balanced roller rocker arms and scissor gears provide exact valve timing for more powerful combustion.
	Intercooler The TRITON 3.2 intercooler has been repositioned from the top of the engine to in front of the radiator for improved air-cooling performance.
