This membership entitles you to a comprehensive range of services including 24-hour breakdown assistance throughout Malaysia, referral services, as well as emergency assistance. You will discover that Mitsubishi Assist 24 is there to assist you wherever you are in Malaysia, 24 hours a day.
Mitsubishi Assist 24 offers two packages. The Standard Package is available to all Mitsubishi Motors vehicle owners, while the Premier Package is available to Mitsubishi Motors owners who purchase the Mitsubishi Insurance Package (MIP) with our authorised insurer.

STANDARD PACKAGE
The Standard Package is available to all Mitsubishi Motors vehicle owners. As a Standard Package member, you will enjoy these services:
- 24 hours Free Breakdown Assistance including minor on-the-spot repairs and/or towing (within 100km) up to a limit of RM100 per breakdown, available throughout Malaysia. Minor on-the-spot repairs include:
- Jump Starting
- Changing of Tyres
- Petrol Replenishment
- Replacement of Battery (Labour charges only, cost of spare parts / consumables not included)
- Referral Services (Members have to bear cost of service)
- Medical Referral Assistance
- Chauffeur Assistance
- Hotel Accommodation Assistance
- Alternate Travel Assistance
- Emergency Evacuation Assistance
- Legal Assistance
- Transmission of information during emergency

PREMIER PACKAGE

As a Premier Package member, you will enjoy:
- Increased limit of up to RM300 for the 24-hour Free Breakdown Assistance including minor on-the-spot repairs and/or towing (or within 300km) per breakdown.
